But why might your child have a good reason to cry? Most of the time, these temper tantrums over nothing are caused by something deeper, like being too tired. One of the most common reasons people cry is because they are tired, which can make them act in strange way

Keep an eye out for signs of tiredness like rubbing the eyes, yawning, or eyes that look a little blurry. It might be time to put your little one down for a nap to help them get back into a better mood and not get angry over silly things.

Just as adults get a little grumpy and diva-like when we are hungry, so do kids. Most of the time, they will tell you right away that they are hungry, but if they can’t talk yet, they will cry to let you know. So, if silly things are making you act crazy, grab a healthy snack and see if that makes you feel better.

Kids can also get stressed out, which can make them cry for no reason. Even if they mean well, some parents can give their kids too much to do, like play dates, soccer practice, language lessons, and so on.
